Practice Self Care! Nobody really cares if you die. The world does not stop after you die. That manager that really wanted you to succeed, Who coached and groomed you to be his successor, Will put out a new req. The PRs that you spent hours debugging and fine-tuning - Someone else will merge them; Or, close them. The P&Ps that you pored over and spent hours updating - Will still get updated. That best friend who you thought you could not live without - Will mourn you for some time; And then will find another friend. Your family and relatives for whom you sacrificed most of your life - including your self-time - Will move on after a memorial. The world will go on after you go. So take care of yourself while you are here.
